  1. Organiser
    The Organiser of the promotion is Carlsberg Marketing Sdn Bhd [198501008089(140534-M)].

  2. Promotion Period
    The promotion period is from 16 January 2020 to 10 February 2021only.

  3. Eligibility
    This Promotion is open to all non-Muslims aged 21 years or above who are residents in Malaysia. All Participants are subject to the criteria set out below, the Standard Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions herein and the relevant laws of Malaysia.

    Employees of the Organiser, its associate agencies, affiliates, distributors, dealers, sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

  4. How to redeem WMF Cutlery Set
    Step 1
    : Purchase any one (1) of 6x4-packs or 1 Carton of Carlsberg Special Brew/Asahi/1664 Blanc from participating outlets listed below on the dates below:

    • 17 January 2021;
    • 23 January 2021;
    • 24 January 2021;
    • 30 January 2021;
    • 31 January 2021;
    • 1 February 2021 to 10 February 2021.

    Step 2: Redeem one (1) set of WMF Cutlery Set (worth RM60) (“Free Gift”) from Carlsberg Brand Promoter that presence at the Participating Outlet on selected date from 12pm to 9pm.

    Note: Due to the recent announcement made by Prime Minister, the redemption at the states under Movement Control Order (“the Order”) will be suspended until the Order it is uplifted. As for other states under Conditional Movement Order and Recovery Movement Order, Carlsberg Brand Promoter may not be available as per scheduled at the Participating Outlets.   5. Redemption Terms
    1. Consumer need to safe keep the original proof of purchase receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) for verification and redemption purposes. Consumer need to safe keep the original proof of purchase receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) for verification and redemption purposes.
    2. During redemption, only original copy of the receipt is accepted as Proof of Purchase. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase during the Promotion Period.
    3. The Free Gift can only be redeemed directly from the Carlsberg Brand Promoter on duty at the specified dates and times in the participating outlets. The Organiser shall not be liable for any non-availability of the Free Gift at the Participating Outlet(s).
    4. Multiple purchases are allowed for the redemption of the Free Gift. However, each Consumer can only redeem maximum two (2) Gift per receipt and one-time redemption only in the same participating outlet.
    5. Participants may only redeem their Gift from the same Participating Outlet’s chain from which they made their purchase
    6. Once redeemed, the Receipt is no longer valid for any others on-going promotion. The Organiser reserves the rights to disqualify the Participants’ submission for redemption of the Gift or in any other on-going Contest/Promotion with the same Receipt.
    7. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the Free Gift with a gift of similar value, with or without notice.
    8. The Free Gift is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash credit or any other items.
    9. Free Gifts that are not redeemed within the same day of purchase will be forfeited.
    10. Free Gifts are only available on “first-come-first served” and while stocks last basis, whichever earlier.

  6. Privacy Policy
    By participating, Participants explicitly consents that the Organiser shall store the necessary personal data of the Participants. The Participant is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending an email to the Organiser as stated below and by doing so, the Participant withdraws his or her participation from this Redemption Campaign. The Organiser will use its best endeavours to keep all personal data stored for the purpose of this Promotion strictly confidential.

  7. Additional Terms
    1. Each Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms of Promotion, and by participating in the Promotion, each participant will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to each of the terms and conditions appearing herein the Terms of Promotion.
    2. The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.
    3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
    4. The Promotion Terms and the Carlsberg Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) shall be binding on all Participants who participate in this Promotion. The definitions in the Carlsberg Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Promotion Terms. In the event of any discrepancies between these terms and conditions and any advertising, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, the final terms and conditions on Carlsberg’s website shall prevail.
